SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and/or CPA
• Work Experience: 5 years of experience in finance or accounting and supervisory position. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Oversight:

• Supervise daily financial operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial functions to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Monitor the company’s financial performance and ensure alignment with budget and financial goals.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, to provide insights to senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted vs. actual performance and provide explanations for discrepancies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insight into financial trends and potential risks.
