  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative financial strategies for 维根钢铁有限公司, a leader in steel manufacturing.   • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are preferred. Experience Level: Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial services or product management. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, product development, project management, and understanding of regulatory compliance. Strong technical skills including Excel and financial modeling are essential. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee the lifecycle of financial products, develop product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, analyze market data, and ensure products meet customer needs and regulatory standards. Working Conditions: Office environment with a possibility of remote work. Some travel may be required for market research and client engagement. Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. A visionary with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to adapt to change.
