Description

Develop and execute engagement strategies to grow and nurture an online and offline community of customers, agents, and partners within the insurance domain.

Manage day-to-day community operations including content sourcing, moderation, member onboarding, and timely response to inquiries using CRM and Salesforce.

Collaborate with product, sales, claims and marketing teams to surface member feedback, coordinate campaigns, and escalate issues for resolution.

Monitor community health and performance using analytics; produce regular reports and recommend improvements to increase retention and engagement.

Design and run events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate members, drive adoption, and strengthen relationships.


Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, Salesforce, community management) are a plus.

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, customer success, CRM administration, or a related customer-facing role; experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

Skills and Competencies: Strong command of English, excellent written and verbal communication, proven CRM/Salesforce proficiency, customer relationship management, content sourcing and moderation, and basic analytics/reporting skills.

Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to create engagement programs, manage member journeys, resolve community issues, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge bases.

Working Conditions: Hybrid or remote-friendly role with standard business hours and occasional evening or weekend events; comfortable using collaboration tools and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualities and Traits: Empathetic communicator, proactive and organized, detail-oriented, collaborative team player, and comfortable working within regulated industries such as insurance.
