JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administrative Support:
1. Prepare and process sales documents such as contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details in the CRM system.
Sales Coordination:
1. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
2. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, presentations, and customer calls3. Track and follow up on sales inquiries or leads.
Inventory & Logistics:
1. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
2. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the sales team.
Customer Support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
2. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
1. Prepare sales performance reports and dashboards for management review.
2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
General Duties:
1. Maintain and update the sales team’s documentation and records.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
