Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Hotel Manager, located in Metro Manila. The Cluster Hotel Manager will oversee multiple hotel properties, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, budgeting, sales, and food & beverage services, as well as training and supervising staff. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling receptionist duties, and ensuring efficient front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills
• Experience with Budgeting and Sales
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel management role is advantageous
