? Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods (with supervision).
• Keep track of prospecting activities and lead statuses in the CRM system.

? Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Support client communications and follow-ups.
• Help track sales activities and performance metrics.

? Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new market opportunities.
• Analyze data to uncover potential areas for sales growth.

? Client Relationship Management:

• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations (as appropriate).

? Other Learning Opportunities:

• Join weekly sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by Business Development Directors (BDDs) or sales team members.
