What you will do:

• Lead the Digital Technology pillar and ensure successful management of multiple digital platforms that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
• Ensure multiple Digital Commerce projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and are error-free which satisfy specific cross-departmental business needs.
• Create and drive customer-centric and innovative digital technology solutions aligned with marketing, restaurant operations, and McDonald's overall business objectives.
• Provide technology leadership and service across a range of digital and middleware technologies including but not limited to Mobile/Web frameworks, Big Data Analytics, Content Management, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Advertising Automation, Social, and Security platforms.

What we are looking for:

• With at least 10 years of experience in digital application development, CRM, and technology vendor governance; with at least 5 years of those as a team manager.
• With proven technical know-how in digital technology architecture, software development, eCommerce/ payments, production support, data & analytics, new technologies, amongst others.
• Familiar with project management (Waterfall, Agile/ Scrum), ITIL/ DevOps, QA/ Testing, and Microservices
• Certifications in PMP/ Agile/ ITIL are an advantage.
